Dips are lots of fun for a family night, party or just for a large gathering. You can always add veggies, crackers, home-made bread, pretzel sticks — and the list goes on! Some people prefer to bake their dips, but I just throw all my ingredients in a pot, turn on the stove and enjoy the bubbly cheesiness in just a few minutes. I love the green onions in this dip. The recipe for the dip is pretty easy, you just need to roast the cauliflower, puree it, mix in the cheese and then bake it until the cheese is all melted, bubbling and golden brown.
