If you live at mid and far northern latitudes, you just might catch the youngest of young moons smiling at you in the western evening twilight on March 23, 2012. At northerly latitudes in Europe, Africa, and Asia, it might still be possible to catch tonight’s young waxing crescent moon , though the moon sets sooner after sunset in this part of the world than it does in North America. The amazing planets Venus and Jupiter – which have graced our skies on these March 2012 evenings – will appear above tonight’s young moon. Young moon, like the one you'll see tonight if you look in the west shortly after sunset. It's a waxing crescent moon, due to show us more of its day side each evening. The March 23, 2012 young moon will be below Venus and Jupiter.

Each of Jon's sculptures are handmade. Because of this each animal is unique. We individually photograph all of the pieces (except for the spirit pendants) so the piece you order is the one you will receive. There are many forms of fimo creations but none so interesting as those by Jon Anderson. He has taken a page from the intricacies of millifoire glass and applied similar techniques to creating fimo canes and subsequent tiles that he then places on various animal shapes.
