Spirit guides. Spirit Guides Everyone has a Spirit Guide; before you decided to reincarnate you choose who you wanted to be as yours.
Throughout our life we can have many guides; but you have a main guide who has been with you since you were born. In essence you already know your spirit guide very well from being in the realms with them or on another previous lifetime. Spirit Guides are slightly different to Guardian Angels, yes they too do exhist but are again on a much higher level and vibration than Spirit Guides Your spirit guide truly loves you; they do not judge you in any way.
Some people have asked me "Isn’t one my relatives my guide then"? Some Spirit Guides have had earthly lives at some time; some haven’t. As I said some guides like to keep the appearance that they had on their last incarnation, these include Native American Indians, Monks from various cultures, Nuns, Scientists, Doctors, the list is endless. Grounding & protection. Grounding & Protection It is very important that we are grounded and protected when working along side spirit.
It is also important to be grounded within giving and receiving healing also. Being grounded is very beneficial to you at all times. But it is important that when we do spiritual work like communicating with spirit that we are both grounded and have protection. My guides have insisted I bring this subject up with you as it seems some people are unaware how to ground or protect or they just do not realize how necessary it is. Repeating the phrase, “This is a dream, I am dreaming” tends to be the common phrase that can be repeated in order to stay lucid. 2. He then describes the structure and rules of this game, making note of patterns which are much too large to be perceived easily while in a human body, living in their midst. To begin the game, sparks of light and consciousness (that's us) who are attracted to experience on the earth plane cast themselves out from the Tao or God--the birthplace of all souls--and merge into a family of consciousness that includes about 1000 individual fragments or essences. This is the group Michael calls an entity. Seven entities are loosely bound together in a larger group called a cadre.
Each spark of consciousness first checks out a prospective planet in what Michael calls devic form. Thus, the individual essences in the entity gradually start incarnating, over many hundreds of years, onto the earth as individual human beings. Cosmic*Intelligence*Agency.
