HI Everyone, Today’s special guest is Erin from The Spiffy Cookie. Erin and I go way back, well ok a few months. She was the winner of my Peanut Butter Lover’s Gift Pack! For a charity I bid and won her Lunch Ladies Peanut Butter Cookies, which my Husband ate! Take it from here Erin… Hi there! When it comes to this area I am absolutely obsessed with peanut butter, Funfetti cake batter, cookie dough, fruits, and pretty much anything that involves cream cheese.

Even though cream cheese is amazing to me, I decided to make this dip a little healthier by using vanilla Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese and frozen whipped topping. Makes approximately 2-1/2 cups Ingredients: 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 0% vanilla Chobani) 2/3 cups dry red velvet cake mix 2-3 Tbsp powdered sugar Directions: In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cake mix and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until well incorporated. Source: The Spiffy Cookie original Thank you so much for having me today! Red Velvet Pancakes with Cream Cheese Glaze. I adore red velvet. I mean, if you ask me, the greatest chick flick of all time is Star Wars Episode V, and my idea of a hot date would be taking my little brother to Wendy's for some hot fries. If you want to know who the real romantic in this family is, look no further than the little four-year-old sister who is under the bad influence of her four big sisters. In fact, just the other day when we were listening to the Les Misérables soundtrack, Cookie was like, "I love Russel Crowe. I love his voice... and his hair...
