This service provides the ability to instantly seek progressively delivered FLV files beyond the point at which they have been downloaded. It also prevents the FLV segments from being cached in the end-user's browser and can optionally stop the background download after a pause, to minimize the bytes transferred. This class also provides some useful additional methods beyond the inherited methods, such as a "state" maintenance, timecode display, width, height and segmentLoadRatio.
