Philippe Lukacs est l’auteur de Stratégie pour un futur souhaitable, quatre créations exemplaires pour un management innovant (Dunod). Il enseigne le management de l’innovation à l’École centrale Paris, et anime CATALYSER qui conseille des entreprises fortement innovantes. Biographie[modifier | modifier le code] En 1974, il écrit avec Robert Jaulin « La décivilisation », ouvrage collectif sous sa direction (PUF).
En 1987, il est l’une des 5 personnes en Europe à prendre l'initiative de la création du European Program for Advanced Continuing Education (EuroPACE) puis à piloter le montage de cette innovation. Depuis 1995, il enseigne le management de l’innovation à l’École centrale Paris. En 2001, à la demande de l’École centrale Paris, il crée le Catalyseur Centrale Essec, dispositif d’appui aux projets de création d’entreprise technologiques à fort potentiel.
