And guess what? They are ALL gone. Not a crumb to be seen. It was the first time I made these cookies – but it definitely won’t be the last. S’mores cookies would be a great addition to a cookie table. S’mores Cookies Recipe (Adapted from Two Peas and Their Pod) Makes approximately 32 cookies Preheat oven to 375 degrees 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour ( I added 1/2 cup more) 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 cup miniature chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows 16 Hershey minis or 2 Hershey bars, chopped In a medium bowl combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt. In a separate larger bowl beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Stir in the chocolate chips. Devour!!!! Wicked Good Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cups. Sticky Pecan Bites. Raspberri cupcakes. This may be the girliest cake I've made.

It's so PINK. My Mum is in town at the moment and we've been planning to celebrate her birthday before she heads back to KL. I'd been struggling to come up with a good idea for her birthday cake, until a recent trip to the Hunter Valley withmyfavouriteladies where Lisa pointed out the most gorgeous caramelised balsamic vinegar. I immediately knew what I wanted to do; a fluffy vanilla cake layered with Strawberry & Balsamic Vinegar Icing, topped with heart-shaped macarons filled with the same icing. I love the combination of balsamic vinegar and fresh strawberries. For the cake I decided to try this wonderful looking Fluffy Vanilla Cake from Sweetapolita. I couldn't resist piping some of my heart-shaped macarons to decorate the top of the cake. I've been having a weird problem with my macarons recently. For the macarons: 100g aged egg whites (you can use fresh eggs too, just make sure they are room temperature.

Brown_butter_bourbon_brownies. Nutella Chip Cookies with Homemade Nutella Chips. Last week, I innocently tweeted: Dear Nutella: I really think you should start selling Nutella baking chips. Seriously. They would rock. I don’t know what made me say that. Maybe because these Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies have been on my mind, and when I went to my cupboard to check if I had chocolate chips, I saw two jars of Nutella sitting right in front of the peanut butter. Either way, I thought it would be really cool to bake chocolate chip cookies with Nutella baking chips. For my first attempt, I simply spread the Nutella on a sheet of foil and stuck it in the freezer.

Well, apparently it isn’t that simple. So I decided to throw in some chocolate chips and butter along with the Nutella and gently melt everything together. I just kept mixing it until it looked smooth and glossy. Note: In a third attempt, I tried just mixing Nutella and butter and then freezing it. I’m no artist, I’ll tell you that. This was the batch made with milk chocolate chips. Update!
