Das Ergebnis sei eine vage Absichtserklärung, auf die sich eine Gruppe von etwa 25 Regierungschefs geeinigt hat. Keiner hat sich bewegt. Was Merkel da gerade eingesteht, ist eine der größten Niederlagen ihrer politischen Karriere. Und wer ist Schuld daran, dass es kein Abkommen geben wird? Und die Europäer? In der harten Realität der Kopenhagener Verhandlungen ist der Glanz der deutschen Klimakanzlerin beinahe komplett verblasst.
