I've always been interested in health topics. Living in new jersey, I see all kinds of people. The healthy looking people I see eat healthy, exercise, and don't get stressed. They also don't drink (or drink a little) and don't smoke cigarettes. Some do smoke other stuff, but nothing hard. Those dudes get sick who do go hard. I am straight edge, no drugs, only water. In NJ, this is rare. New Jersey is a good place for the beach, but if you're into health and not just being a beach bum, its only ok. Massage Therapy and yoga keep me sane and having fun. But massages are not usually cheap, so most people don't do that. My parents believe in it, that it helps. So they pay for me to go every other week. I don't ever get sick, so it's only fair. Also in New Jersey, lots f people are obsessed with bulking up. It is cool, but not everything.
