(Gradient Map is the best way to add a touch of green, red or blue to the whole image, while Selective Color only does it for a certain color. I changed the gradient map filter drop down to hard light instead of soft light and lowered the opacity to 55, then gave it a bright green map. I like the outcome except for one thing. Make a new layer (OVER the filters) on your layer toolbar. And click on your foreground color (or background) on your toolbar.
