Les Réseaux Sociaux d'Entreprise. Introduction To Confluence. Confluence.

Atlassian Confluence. Confluence (software) Confluence 1.0 was released on March 25, 2004.

Confluence (software)

The stated purpose of version 1.0 was "to build an application that was built to the requirements of an enterprise knowledge management system, without losing the essential, powerful simplicity of the wiki in the process. "[4] The book Social Media Marketing for Dummies considers Confluence an "emergent enterprise social software" that is "becoming an established player".[7] Wikis for Dummies describes it as "one of the most popular wikis in corporate environments", "easy to set up and use" and "an exception to the rule" that wiki software search capabilities don't work well.[8] eWeek cites as new features in version 4 the auto-formatting and auto-complete, unified wiki and WYSIWYG, social network notifications and drag and drop integration of multimedia files.[9] Use cases include basic enterprise communication, collaboration workspaces for knowledge exchange, social networking, Personal Information Management and project management.

As the discussion in Agile development moves from continuous integration (CI) to continuous deployment, CI servers are doing more to automate the overall build process.

Atlassian Replaces Builders with Tasks in Latest Bamboo Release

Atlassian, which today released Bamboo 3.1, has implemented a new feature called Tasks that the company hopes will aid developers in their continuous deployment efforts. A Task is basically the instruction or set of instructions being executed as part of a build. For instance a task can be a shell command, script or a Maven goal. Tasks, which now replace Builders in Bamboo 3.0, can be used to configure a job, execute a script, upload files to a server or generate documentation. One advantage Tasks have over Builders is that multiple tasks can run in a single job, allowing each task to access to the same build directory. Tasks are implemented as plugins. In addition to Tasks, Bamboo has extended its support for global variables to include Plan Variables and added support for parameterized builds. Atlassian Blogs. Focus sur les outils Atlassian.
