I really am. But see, last Friday while I was on a 10-hour road trip heading for vacation, I received this recipe from a reader named Liz. Liz, I love you. That’s all I have to say. I was tortured by this recipe for a full 8 days before I could make it. So it was the first thing I made when I returned home. These are an absolute sin. I really don’t have any words, other than you must try them. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Cups. Soooooo… you know that episode of Sex and the City where Miranda has to dump dish soap on top of chocolate cake just so she will stop eating it??

Uh. Yeeeeeah. These are like… of that caliber. And that totally almost happened to me. You PROBably should not make these if you are home alone for four days. I ate what felt like a million, then had a plate of 5-day old green bean fries from the fridge and called it lunch. I definitely recommend those. For lunch. Face? XXL M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies. I am getting myself packed up and ready for the Bertolli LA trip tomorrow. So excited to stay in a nice hotel, meet Rocco DiSpirito and some fabulous bloggers and kick my heels up for a couple days!! So excited to share these giant Bakery worthy M&M cookies with you guys :) Listen up….go find yourself one of these Muffin Top Pans pictured below, they make the B-E-S-T giant cookies ever!! So this is the Muffin Top Pan by Cuisinart. Once you’ve got your muffin top pan, go get a nice bag of M&M’s!! Now, scoop a heaping 1/4 Cup of cookie dough into each of the muffin cups and press down. Crumb cakes/coffee cakes are typically done with yellow cake, but I decided I wanted to give it a try with my favorite chocolate cake recipe…..and yes, it was really good! You get little bites of slightly crunchy, cinnamon buttery topping with every bite of cupcake.

I LOVED these, the boys really enjoyed them too! My friend Beth Royals created the crumb topping from her Starbucks Coffee Cake, from back in early 2008 when I just started my blog. Here’s your line up The items you’ll need for the crumb topping….it’s seriously the best crumb topping ever! Break out your favorite cupcake liners Mix up your cake mix and fill em’ up! When I split this warm chocolate cookie open and saw the chocolate oozing out, I about fainted with excitement, lol!

This cookie will go down as one of my favorite recipes by a mile Kind of reminds me of one of my favorite ice cream flavors I used to get when I was a little girl. Chocolate with peanut butter swirls at Thrifty. I actually still love it and I REALLY love it in this cookie Take a peek and enjoy! First, place 1 Cup of creamy peanut butter into the freezer for a good 1/2 hour. Cream your butter and sugars. Add your eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Time to add the dry ingredients. …..and the cocoa powder. ….add those chocolate chunks right into the cookie dough.

These are good too- but I took the comments suggested in this post and created a new recipe based on feedback. Okay, Cookie Dough Lovers. How To Make Perfect Brownies. I’ve tried lots of brownie recipes: Boxes, scratch, frosted, plain, nuts, chips, fudge … Each of them has something to like, but depending on my mood I might want a change of pace.

Not any more. My wife found this recipe, and it’s perfect. I’m done looking. This is the brownie recipe that I’ll use from now on. Ingredients 1½ cups sugar ¾ cup flour ¾ cup cocoa powder (see note below) 3 eggs ¾ cup butter, melted ½ teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter) ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (see note below) Directions A NOTE ON CHOCOLATE: You’ll notice the list of ingredients is very short. The assembly is about as easy as you can get. Do this by hand, until the dry ingredients are just incorporated into the wet, and stop.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment. Pour the batter and spread it out. Bake at 325° for 20-30 minutes. Very carefully lift the parchment out of the baking dish. Peel the edges and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
