In an effort to give them a bit of a challenge, we asked them to give us one album per month, and from monstrous rock albums to the quietest and most reflective records, make sure you’ve given your ears all of the amazing songs below. JANUARY Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks, “Wig Out At Jagbags” As one of the few performers who seem to somehow get better with age, this album falls way over on the good side of “brilliant.”

Filled with quirky lyrics and some of the most addictive musical hooks in years, this is the sort of record that you want to play over and over again. From the eccentric sing-along that is “The Janitor Revealed” to the masterpiece of “Cinnamon And Lesbians,” this album is just a great on a road trip as it is relaxing by a crackling fire. -Joel Freimark Hospitality, “Trouble” -Ian Thomas Warpaint, “Warpaint” Beck, “Morning Phase” Vitalogy. History[edit] Move to Fisherman's Wharf[edit] In 2002 the National Park Service announced plans to relocate the Musée Mécanique temporarily to Fisherman's Wharf upon beginning renovations to the Cliff House.

A portion of the $14 million renovation was devoted to the moving the museum, with support from the National Park Service, the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and museum owner Ed Zelinsky.[1] The museum move instigated protests against the move by San Francisco locals. An online petition was created to protest the closure of the museum, with over 12,000 signatures being collected. Many of the protesters believed that the money was unavailable to fund the move and renovations, but many were emotional due to the historical and nostalgic meaning of the museum due to its history at Playland. Setlist - Woodstock Wiki.

This page reflects the complete and correct running order of all the songs played on the main stage at the Woodstock festival. This list is supervised and continuously updated with the latest information from a team of private researchers on the Woodstock Project Mailinglist. The arrangement of the setlist follows the timetable of the performances.

Extensive research around the 40th anniversary of the festival has brought up some useful information about the appearance of the artists. Producers Andy Zax and Brian Kehew of the Rhino 6-CD box set Woodstock: 40 Years On: Back to Yasgur's Farm stated they have listened to all of the event's multi-track master tapes and were able to identify the correct running order, together with setlist, of each performer. The complete setlist was compiled by Andy Zax and printed in Michael Lang's book The Road to Woodstock[1]. This was of great help and is used a basis in the Woodstock Wiki throughout. The festival started at about 5 pm. Richie Havens Edit. All The Songs In 'Pitch Perfect' Including La Roux, David Guetta, Azealia Banks, Nicki Minaj & More|The Playlist.
