One of the great things about User Involvement is that we can take ideas that work in different contexts, adapt them and make them our own. For example, when we are training on Involvement one of the ideas that people respond to is You Said, We Did. Creating a space to record visually that you have heard what Customers/ Clients/ Service Users have said, listened and responded. The You Said, We Did board could be put up in Waiting Rooms, Reception Areas, Near the Till; anywhere close to where your users pause! Now..did we develop this idea? No, of course not!
