What really matters

In a MECHANISTIC system the world is linear and hierarchical and we make plans based on predictability; in a LIVING system we live in a circular world of relationships and co-operation where planning means constant re-evaluation. In a MECHANISTIC system information is power, and change is manufactured and engineeered; in a LIVING system information is a creative force and change is organic, with development and adaptability flowing naturally.
