Julia Noni is an Italian born photographer who grew up and was educated in Germany. She’s also, hands down, one of my favorite photographers. We’ve shared some of her fashion photography in the past. Noni’s bold, vibrant, style has resulted in some amazing images of black models and celebrities. She recently traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to photograph the country’s elite runners for the Nike Free Global Campaign. The photos, featuring model Jeneil Williams, hold a slight delicacy with painterly natural accents and rich complimentary colors. Noni’s recent campaigns include Nike Global, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vogue.
