In this article, I will cover web-based alternatives to desktop office applications including: word processing, presentations, diagrams, spreadsheets, and more. There are a few office applications I have left out in this series. First, many would argue email applications are part of an office suite, and I agree to that, but I have not included a category for them in this post because most colleges and schools provide email to students as is.
