The lazycutter has been wrapped up as a grasshopper component and should be faster than the previous C# script component. I have been a bit rusty creating custom components (the last time I did it was before Rhino Commons came out) so a big shout out to Giulio Piacentino for his help with the making of this component.
Here is a video showing how the lazycutter should be set up. Firstly, look for it under the 'Extras' tab in Grasshopper.
