Télévision The psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan answers to questions submitted by his son-in-law Jacques-Alain Miller. The ORTF (french public TV) broadcast this programme called « psychanalyse ». Then, this intervention was re-written and published in 1974 under the name Télévision .

Après Addict, Fixions et narcotextes (Bayard, mars 2009), qui fait de la drogue un phénomène littéraire à partir de Madame Bovary , un second livre de la philosophe Avital Ronell sort en France ces temps-ci, Test drive : la passion de l'épreuve (Stock, avril 2009). La professeure américaine y explore la passion du test, depuis la torture pour extorquer la vérité aux esclaves, analysée par Aristote, jusqu’à la compulsion contemporaine de l’expérimentation, en passant par l’examen de conscience chrétien. Avital Ronell est née à Prague de parents diplomates. Formée à l’Institut de sciences herméneutiques de Berlin et à Princeton University, elle travaille ensuite à Paris avec Jacques Derrida et Hélène Cixous. Aujourd’hui, elle est professeure d’allemand, d'anglais et de littérature comparée à New York University. Elle est notamment réputée pour avoir introduit la French Theory aux États-Unis.
