Former Student of the Month and RCA animator extraordinaire Nicolas Ménard has just delivered his magnum opus, a 7-minute animation about a lost spaceman and a beautiful twelve-page risographed booklet about a couple of alien beings falling madly in love in the wilderness.
I’m not really sure that I can do justice to Nicolas’ extraordinary efforts without ruining the magic of seeing this animation with fresh eyes; suffice to say it’s been one of the best seven minutes I’ve spent this week and I’m buying the zine later today. This guy kicks ass!
