The Bosch Fellowship is comprised of three main components: customized work placements, professional seminars, and German language training. Youth Service Opportunities Project. YSOP engages young people in volunteer service to hungry and homeless people. Started by Quakers in 1983, YSOP has been a pioneer in service-learning. Last year 4,021 youth participated in YSOP programs, serving over 463,600 people in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. Idealist.org.
