Anyway, I looked at my macrame supplies and there were two thicker kinds of rope that would work well, in natural and black.
I’m really pleased with the result. And there is so much potential for using other materials. I could be even more adventurous, and substitute the rope with strips of paper or card, fabric, wire, or even electrical cord. The book went onto my wishlist at Fishpond.
