Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes

Happy Monday. Have you ever heard of Jenny Flake? She writes on the blog Picky Palate and is one of my very favorite bloggers….ever ever ever! When I first started my blog, I looked to her to see how it should be done. A few other bloggers and I got together to throw her a surprise virtual shower. I decided to whip up some chocolate lava cakes, but make them mini because I have an addiction to turning EVERYTHING into itty bitty creations {everything is a million times cuter as minis} plus they cook much faster that way…bonus! No step by step photos today because…..I did a vlog all about it!!!

And for more yummy recipes, check out the other bloggers with baby shower recipes for Jenny Enjoy Jenny! That's it! Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it set for 12 - 18 hours on the counter top.
