The episode, entitled “The Ghost of Harrenhal,” was a marked improvement over last week’s entry, “The Garden of Bones.”
There’s been a strong correlation between nudity and suckiness on HBO’s hit show, which is based on the epic fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Most of this stuff (going by DVD commentaries) was scripted in but didnt make the final draft because of budgeting from the producers. The gondola was interesting, not sure how I'd feel if they went there, but I could see it. They might have planned to use it as a more extreme version of the large lift the Eyrie uses to bring supplies up from below.
