Check it out here. Here are brief instructions for the fabric pennants I made for the Tractor Baby Shower. I wasn't too keen on hand cutting each pennant, since I had so many, and I didn't want to do any sewing, which I thought would probably be necessary to prevent the edges from fraying. Using the following supplies and techniques eliminate both of my concerns. Supplies-Fabric: $1.50/yard at Wal-Mart-RibbonStiff-Sponge Brush-universal scraper-Silhouette Digital Craft Cutter by QuicKutz Usually the Silhouette cannot cut fabric without catching on the individual fibers. Load the cutting mat into the Silhouette. Peel away the pennant, and you've got a perfectly cut shape with the edges already sealed off with the Ribbonstiff.

I initially began designing them in Inkscape and now I use Make the Cut and KNK Studio. Make the Cut works with most cutting machines on the market EXCEPT for any of the Cricuts.
