The photo studio in these shots have been featured in so many shoots lately that I am almost getting a bit tired of it. It is gorgeous, I love the vintage tiles, but a little more variation in locations would be nice. Unfortunately almost all old buildings in Sweden have been completely renovated, so there are no rough or industrial places left to shoot... This feature from the latest issue of Elle Interiör is styled by Nanna Lagerman and shot by Idha Lindhag. The theme is "Style Clashes" and Nanna has created great proof that price has nothing to do with style, by mixing cheap high street products with designer pieces into a lovely and stylish setting.
Emmas designblogg - design and style from a scandinavian perspective. How could I not post this, right? It's another amazing space from ArtSchoolVets, shot by Robert Wunsch. This is the studio of German photographer Alexander Gnädinger. I stumbled over this new-to-me site today called ArtSchoolVets, it's a kind of portal with lots of blogs and articles and a feature called Faces & Spaces, where I found this lovely space.
It's the home of Rike Döpp, one of the owners of Agency V, a fashion agency with lots of cool brands like Henrik Vibskov, Mini Market and Wood Wood. Bildkälla: Le dans la via Mary made this. Jag blir överförtjust i hem som är lite sådär "hur som haver" men ändå helt perfekta. Bilden kan verkligen ta fram känslor och väcka fantasin. Jag funderar ofta på hur vardagen ser ut hemma hos famiijen som bor i hemmet som visas. Le dans la´s hem känns så idylliskt och mysigt, den lilla krulltotten som kryper runt på golvet kan vara grunden till känslan, kika in själva.

För ett tag sen var jag och hälsade på min underbara vän Åsa i Dalsland. Kameran var förstås med och med hennes godkännande visar jag bilderna. Ibland tar det tid innan man hittar sin drömhus. Efter många år i storstaden köpte Åsa detta 1920-tals hus i Dalsland. Åsas genuina vintagelivstil och saker har verkligen hittat hem. Åsas hus andas liv och kreativitet, möblemanget är en vacker blandning av nytt, gammalt och hemmagjort. Konstnär och medmänniska med känsla och intresse för små detaljer och finurliga saker. They've been lucky enough to have a great landlord that has allowed them to build a bedroom in their basement as well as make a few slight modifications to their space. This couple thoroughly believes in investing time and love into a space, and it shows! As we laughed over house centipede stories and exchanged opinions on exposed brick walls, I knew Sarah's lighthearted attitude had a major influence on her space. As a jewelry designer and artist, Sarah's crafty mentality shines through in the unique handmade details of her apartment.
Sarah chuckled when I asked her to "source" each of her items, "I'm sure it will just say 'Alley Find, Alley Find, Alley Find'" she said. "When we were looking for apartments 5 years ago we knew we needed something that could be adaptable. Apartment Therapy Survey: Drömmen om skärgården | Residence. På Storön utanför Runmarö i Stockholms skärgård köpte Love Arbén och hans familj en tomt i oländig terräng som alla trodde att det var omöjligt att bygga något på. Första sommaren i Paradisviken bodde mästerarkitekten Love Arbén med sin familj i tält. Sedan byggde han bryggan, sjöstugan och sagohuset. Love Arbén står på den saltblekta bryggan som han lät bygga för precis 18 år sedan. Det är semestertider i skärgården. Över fjärden hörs sjungande flaggstångssmatter och när telefonen ringer trycker han bort samtalet. Sedan snart 30 år driver Love sin egen arkitektbyrå. Love tar täten från bryggan längs en trappa som vindlar uppför i berget i en 25 meter brant stigning. »När vi kom hit första gången var det urskog här, det växte tallar överallt. »Det var Marie som ringde en mäklare som tipsade.

Coming from an american perspective, it can be hard to truly appreciate the small living spaces that typify european living, but living in paris has completely changed the way i look at things. that’s why i absolutely love lotta nieminen‘s apartment in downtown helsinki that is 35m2 (376sf) of pure intimate style and grace. by day this 24-year old works as a graphic designer for a finnish fashion magazine, and by night and weekends is often working on freelance illustration projects out of her apartment, which also serves as her studio. we hope you love this incredible space as much as we do!
