dressing for the airport its a lovely 6 degrees at heathrow, a big coat is essential for getting to the airport. hair up in a big disheveled bun perfect for lying on the plane for hours. the volume in this jacket is stunning, the enormous button emblazoned with colourful gems and thick hems and collars for some added drama. best to have a boot or some stockings than trousers with this, a pair of strides poking out could give a messy look and take away from the dominance of the coat
a keen observer may have noticed a few return characters throughout the illustrations.

a take on the blonde ambition tour, madonnas iconic corset had interpreted as a pair of smashing pants, the ponytails been given a muted tone and some more body, but theres just as much slap on her face hahahha i also love the top! and the old school jewelery, the moschino earings and chanel bag F.U.N silver bullet!

bangkok has fashion, i always illustrate in bangkok. i had just read an erte fashion illustration book when i penned this lady at the sukhothai hotel, an oasis in the bangkok chaos and a great place to gather and put to paper all my fashionable thoughts, the silk in thailand is amazing, abundant and in just the most amazing hues. i love this style of 3/4 sleeve jackets and pleated skirts. died in amazing shades of purple, fuchsia, green and blue, and adorned with lashings of stunning gold jewellery
