The Contract Statement of Work called for: A description of the Qualitative Approach and its components; Assessment of potential representative values and/or processes to obtain them; Recommended approaches, protocols, processes, and tools and processes to gather qualitative and quantitative value using quality-based systems and methods, such as those associated with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program and ISO-14001 systems; A template of an education training module; A summary of the results of applying some of the tools to some actual situations.
The study team has met all of the deliverables in this phase of the work. Background Problem Statement Study Approach Utilizing existing ROHSEI tools and materials: Control Chart. Also called: statistical process control The control chart is a graph used to study how a process changes over time.
Data are plotted in time order. A control chart always has a central line for the average, an upper line for the upper control limit and a lower line for the lower control limit. These lines are determined from historical data. By comparing current data to these lines, you can draw conclusions about whether the process variation is consistent (in control) or is unpredictable (out of control, affected by special causes of variation).

Supernatural Story Finders. Hey all, I've been trying to find a fic that I read a while back, but I am having absolutely zero luck.
Hopefully the wonderful people here can help. I can't remember the name of the fic or the author, but the premise was that Gabriel and Dean entered into an arranged marriage. Dean was doing so out of duty to his father/family and I think Gabriel was being ordered to. Gabriel was hoping this could be his chance to have a family and love, but when they kissed at the wedding he realized that Dean was terrified(?) Of this and was only doing it out of obligation, so he blocked their link(?)
This lead to a really business-like relationship where they didn't really interact much beyond Gabriel visiting Dean's room when he was 'most fertile' to have sex.
