Individual Seven Layer Dip
I was hanging out with my cute sister-in-law Aleisha earlier this week and we were chatting over delicious seven layer dip that she had brought. I made the comment that I had never made it before because it seemed like too much work to make each individual layer and then stack them all up (I am lazy like that). She told me that this dip couldn't be easier- just buy everything pre-made!
Magically Delicious! Unicorns may manage their elusiveness but they left behind some fanciful evidence of their existence and I was able to recreate their leavings. This unicorn poop, in reality, has a funny story.

(The part where you fit the felt over the mau5 head is especially tricky, so I’d love to know if anyone has good strategies for that step.)
