Eine interessante Möglichkeit zu einem billigen Android Handy zu kommen bietet E-Plus seinen Kunden ab Dezember: das von ZTE gefertigte Base Lutea wird für nur 14 Euro pro Monat mit Internet Flat Tarif zu haben sein, das sind gerade einmal 4 Euro mehr, als der Flat Tarif ohne Handy kosten würde. Damit ergibt sich ein Aufpreis von gerade einmal 96 Euro (4 Euro x 24 Monate Bindung) im Vergleich zum regulären Tarif. Und für den Preis ist das Handy sogar erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, vor allem der größte Mangel der meisten Billigandroiden ist beim Lutea nicht zu finden.
