What a great life we have! Errand Girl is getting bigger daily and starting 2 new businesses...It's a Wrap by EG, Sonora Wedding Planner & Scrapbooking by EG, a wonderful hubby...great kids! How lucky can one person get? Truly a blessed life! I have the most wonderful husband a woman could ever want, children that are constantly in the shock & awe of my heart & head :), I have wonderful step-children and they have amazing spouses....and the most adorable children that call me "Ya Ya". I have always believed in Karma....even tho...I seemed to be on the shitty side of it for years. But, only because there was always something good I could be grateful for.....like Sophie, friends...moments. But now....I am on the good side of Karma. This past couple of weeks....things are looking up and out. Life is sweeter, things are happening that I just have to admire for what they are. I have the most eclectic group of people that I count as MY friends, they love me with all my scars, smile at my personality, and will stand beside me...no matter what! I am so bless! I am looking at this next year as a step to my future. Nash will finally be in Kindergarten. Sophie will be in her last year of elementary school....and next year, high school! Despite how I was raised....I am a great Mom! I have fantastic kids! I will be serving as Co-President of our school's PTO and also as the Treasurer for our local Bond issue....Sonora El Pride Committee. This will be my first political campaign....and I can tell...it will NOT be my last! I never, ever thought I was good enough to be political...my past laughed.....but my present stands next to me...and supports me. It is me? My age? The past 2 years? Or just a combination of it all with a good helping of unfailing support, lots of unconditional love and positive attitudes. I feel like I am standing on the first yellow brick and the munchkins are singing...."follow the yellow brick road....follow, follow, follow, follow, follow the yellow brick road" I feel like I am arm in arm with my peeps....the future is looking bright for me.....I better wear shades!
