I installed and it all worked fine. I had a plan to do a site overhaul and resize all image thumbnails until I got a huge bandwidth spike that saw my webhost shut down my site. Upon investigating, they found an enormous number of GET calls from an external IP hitting the site's images continuously, eating through bandwidth at lightspeed. I had no idea what it was, but since this was the only module I'd installed recently to do with images, I disabled it and reverted all hmtl files to originals, and instantly the GET calls ended and bandwidth usage returned to normal.
I have no idea how this module is set up to work, I thought it was all internal and relied on me to manually edit the image sizes. However there's something else going on here, and if you don't want to down your site by reaching your bandwidth limit in within 2 weeks, I suggest steering clear.
