First, we present some of the challenges in understanding the social interactions that emerged from the use of web platforms. 2.
Before trying to develop what are the challenges of understanding on-line social interactions, we want to start with some definitions to delimit the subject. So, among the different human activities impacted by Social Network Analysis, we foresee specific high challenges concerning the Business Intelligence Process.
