Visualizing Confusion Matrix using heatmap in R | Musings. Confusion matrix is one of the many ways to analyze accuracy of a classification model. As show in the table below, a confusion matrix is basically a two dimensional table with two axes. On one axis it has actual or target categories and on the other it contains predicted categories.
