Community Engagement Specialist. International Relief & Development is seeking Community Engagement Specialist candidates, for a USAID funded program in Mozambique. The Coastal City Adaptation Program (CCAP), is a five-year program is designed to increase urban coastal resiliency to climate change by incorporating climate change into urban planning processes and undertaking adaptive measures in response to capacity building activities, performance-based incentives and public advocacy in targeted municipalities.

Essential Job Functions: Responsible for leading community climate change awareness and resilience efforts for the project.
