Open to all, the scheme exists to try and open up the prospect of publishing to as wide a group of people as possible. As we all know, getting into publishing can be incredibly tough and so the premise behind our programmes is to give our interns a meaningful, paid experience at Penguin and a solid introduction to the publishing world. On our internship scheme, you will be involved in specific project work – i.e. you won’t spend your time here at the photocopier!
