International Democratic Governance. WFM-IGP’s program in International Democratic Governance (IDG) supports inclusive global responses to the rise of transnational governance.
The IDG program is based on the understanding that a growing number of global challenges transcend national boundaries and cannot be solved by any government acting alone. Transnational governance structures – with their increasing responsibilities and powers – need better mechanisms for transparency and more accountable leadership. In response to these challenges, WFM-IGP strives to: • Increase the transparency and accountability of decision-making in the UN and other international institutions; • Advocate for more democratic and inclusive systems of governance in transnational mechanisms; and • Mobilize civil society actors to participate in intergovernmental and transnational institutions. Through these efforts we hope to help the UN and other international institutions become more effective and deliver better results for people worldwide. 1.

After all, just about anyone can build a working city in CityVille, but what the world anxiously awaits are for some of these ideas to be hammered into real brick-and-mortar cities as pilot plants for modern urban living. Sorry to write in this Forum after the third global nuclear power plant blow (Sellafield, Tschernobyl, Japan) But Finally, I have found a Solution that Noone Yet has Ever thought of. Deep-Sea Low Flow Velocity Large Volume Running-Water Power Plants In Deep sea, there are Humongeous Currents that are driven through Global Thermal Circulation.
The Flow Velocity may only be some few knots, used in Aincent shipmanship with sub sea level sails, but the Volume that is moved down there, is Gigantic. If You now think of wind power plants in north seas or on mountain tops, they harvest some kilowatts of energy on unstable Wind probability. Now of course, the low velocity of the stream has to be considered.
Now, the OCEAN IS HUGE. Take a Supercomputer and make Computations on it. It IS THE ONLY WAY to HARVEST HUMONGOUS AMOUNTS OF SUN ENERGY WITHOUT ANY HARM. Nature can cope with those small Water wheels. Clean Energy for ALL.
