The cabinets are made of birch plywood and solid poplar that will be spray painted by our painter. The countertops are Mahagony that will be stain grade. These units get installed over existing cast iron radiators, so we’re using a patterned metal for the panel on the lower doors. We found a pattern that almost exactly matches the original detail on the original 90 year old +/- radiator covers in the rest of the house. Matt’s been doing the finish carpentry on a small remodel we’ve been working on.
