Garlic Pull Apart Bread - Roasted Garlic Parmesan Herb Pull Apart Bread

Oh My Gosh. This is basically I-don’t-even-know-what-to-do-with-myself garlic pull apart bread. It is absolutely insane and fluffy and delicious and covered in melted butter and parmesan cheese and tons of fresh chopped herbs. I bet we can’t find any other better way to use up the last herbs of summer, right?! And roasted garlic? So something has come over me in the last few weeks where I’ve wanted alllllll the pull apart breads. Which is odd, because pull apart bread is kind of old school. It’s like that. I first made this orange cinnamon pull apart bread back when I was super pregnant with max, so maybe it’s something that comes over me in the last few weeks of pregnancy?

Except… maybe I can because when am I not wordy and rambly? Today is a super special day because it’s Eddie’s birthday! Now for this fluffy goodness? Once it’s all sliced and smashed together and rises with the yeasty goodness (the best!) Ingredients: bread. Soft Pretzel Wreath. Two things about pretzels (and me) that you should know.

Soft Pretzel Wreath

First off, I love pretzels. Elsie and I both have favorite airport "meals" for when we travel together for work. If Elsie gets to choose, and we have time, she usually picks Chili's. We call it "baby Chili's" because it's the smaller version. When I get to choose, it's Auntie Anne's pretzels every time.

Second, there is an Auntie Anne's pretzels at our hometown mall. It was the biggest compliment he could have given me. So with those two random facts in mind, let's make a pretzel wreath together! Soft Pretzel Wreaths, makes 2 or about 20 regular pretzels. 3 cups warm water2 1/4 teaspoons (one package) active dry yeast1 tablespoon sugar2 teaspoons salt2 cups bread flour6 cups all-purpose flour3 cups water3 tablespoons baking soda4 tablespoons melted butter1 tablespoon coarse grain sea salt Dissolve the sugar in the warm water. In a large bowl, combine the salt, bread flour, and all-purpose flour. Credits // Author: Emma Chapman. Zucchini Bread. This is zucchini bread how I like it.

Zucchini Bread

There are about a million different variations. Some people like all zucchini and no carrots. I like both. Some people add chocolate. Some don't.
