What we (Cathy & Shana) wanted to do was change our eating habits, look better and feel better. We've been working out consistently for the past four months, and were ready to take our health to the next level. After all, with the official kickoff of spring already here, summer weather will be here before we know it (really!). My family did not travel much when I was growing up. We took a family trip to Florida and I did get a chance to visit relatives in North Carolina when I was a teenager. I was grateful for these opportunities to visit other states, however I longed to see the United States and continue to explore beyond the tiny borders of New Hampshire.
