Perfectly moist and totally decadent. I can’t get enough of vegan chocolate cake. It’s definitely a favorite. And I got all arrogant with this one and called it ‘the best vegan chocolate cake’ you know, as you do. It’s mega-chocolatey, wonderfully moist, and supremely simple using ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. And the frosting – oh my word – the frosting.
