VEERASWAMY - home. Hawksmoor - the best steak restaurant in London. Hollow Legs. That Doughnut. It's hard not to think of vulgar or obscene things when you see these plum jam and custard doughnuts - look! They look like they're spewing! But they are one of the very best things I've eaten this year. I never much liked doughnuts; they remind me of a brief teenage time I spent in Ipswich, biting into grease sponges fried in whiffy old fat from carts that lined the high street.

Krispy Kremes make me feel sick and give me a toothache. But these, at Hawksmoor's new Guildhall branch, are light and fluffy, the cold custard and jam a welcome smooth contrast. Oh, and my 250gr ribeye with an egg and hash browns was pretty damn sexy, even at 8am. What a breakfast to start the week. Hawksmoor Guildhall 10 Basinghall St. Bodean's BBQ Restaurant in Soho. Just two minute's stroll from London's busiest retail jungle Oxford Street, Bodean's West in Soho is the deli-up, dinner-down split-level destination for seekers after the authentic taste of the great American outdoors in the heart of London's historic pleasure-seeker's paradise.

Home of the best sandwich in town as voted by London's most popular station, Capital Radio, Bodean's big value chow never fails to satisfy the inner urban cowboy and cowgal whether eaten at street level to beat those saddle-sore hunger pangs or relished downstairs in the Broadway-does-Dallas décor and prairie-wide warmth of the West End's friendliest, funkiest welcome. “Serious about smoke” Marina O'Loughlin - Metro, Mar 2009 “Best ribs this side of the Atlantic” Time Out, Feb 2009 Sounds good?

Celebrate Easter with Rossopomodoro the Neapolitan way! At Rossopomodoro this Easter, we’re celebrating the traditional way, with a twist! We are combining this with another culinary Neapolitan speciality, Pizza Fritta, or fried pizza, which is something similar to a calzone.
