As a plastic surgeon specialist and holder, the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, my philosophy is that good communication and doctor-patient relationship is critical to the understanding of the patient's goals for reconstruction or cosmetic improvement. I consider all aspects of surgical care, as the choice of mine, nursing staff, prescription drugs, operating room safety, trained hospitals with ICU and post-operative care.
