The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that we’ve recently rolled out a brand new WeTransfer.com.
The changes, we hope, feel paradoxically both obvious and subtle, instinctive to use still, but clearly improved. As part of the new platform we have added a range of 30 newly-commissioned spot illustrations that pop up at various points during the user’s progress. Their introduction was overseen by Thomas Schrijer, WeTransfer’s senior designer, who was tasked with finding ways of building up the emotional experience of using the service. “For most of the people using WeTransfer, it’s a celebratory moment when their transfer is done.
