David W. Hardin • I have taught at Midway College in Midway Kentucky. The day school is 100% women, but their night program is open to everyone. I have watched the program grow from its infancy until now. They have a good dean of the On-Line offering and she works hard at improving the program. They use Moodle through a company called Learning House. It was a good experience and my stint was cut short by a return to the corporate world. As I near retirement, I look forward to more opportunities teaching finance, marketing and business strategy. Their pay could use a boost. by Jan 15

You don't have people looking over your shoulder all the time and they treat you as a professional and you are represented by a union. I get my health and dental insurance through them because it is such a good deal. by Jan 15
