Mind-Blowing Story: “Talking to God…” I met god the other day.
I know what you’re thinking. How the hell did you know it was god? Well, I’ll explain as we go along, but basically he convinced me by having all, and I do mean ALL, the answers. Every question I flung at him he batted back with a plausible and satisfactory answer. In the end, it was easier to accept that he was god than otherwise. THE BUZZ: An internal memo to employees at U.K. retailer GAME has revealed that the company will not be stocking any EA games after the release of SSX, this includes Mass Effect 3.
This includes all GAME and Gamestation Stores. An internal memo, secured by Eurogamer, reveals that FIFA Street, Tiger Woods 13 and Sims 3: Showtime will also not be stocked by the company. Individual stores have also confirmed that no EA games will be stocked after the release of SSX this Friday. The memo itself details how employees should break the news to customers who have pre-ordered. If you have a pre-order for one of these titles your deposit will be refunded with store credit and not cash. EA has updated its Mass Effect 3 pre-order page, removing GAME from the list of N7 Collector’s Edition retailers. “For customers who have pre-ordered the N7 Collector’s Edition please re-order your copies through these retailers.” EGM’s TAKE: This is really bad news for an already struggling GAME Group, Inc..
