Eu fac multe alte retete de prajituri, dar cand imi reamintesc de aceasta si o si pregatesc, de fiecare data concluzionez ca totusi e cea care imi place cel mai mult. E o prajitura simpla, reteta e relativ usor de facut, dar in acelasi timp e usoara si plina de savoare. Reteta de prajitura cu branza si stafide (si budinca, si bezea :) ) o am de la o fata draguta si indemanatica , Ioana, care mi-a fost o vreme vecina. De aceea obisnuiesc sa numesc aceasta prajitura “Ioana”. :) Ingrediente: aluat: 350 de grame de faina 100 de grame de untura de porc (sau 150 de grame de unt) 150 de grame de zahar 1 plic de zahar vanilat 1 lingurita de praf de copt 1 ou mare 1 praf de sare 5-6 linguri de apa rece crema de branza: bezea: 5 albusuri 5 liguri de zahar 1 praf de sare Preparare: Untura (sau untul) rece, faina, sarea, zaharul vanilat, praful de copt si zaharul se amesteca intr-un bol, zdrobind untura cu furculita, pana cand capata un aspect nisipos.
