Dark Knight Rises box office: Batman film likely sets record despite Aurora, Colo., movie theater shooting. 'Goat man' spotted in Utah mountains. Coty Creighton / AP file The "goat man," in white, traverses an incline near Ogden, Utah, on July 15. By Louis Casiano, NBC News The sighting of a man dressed in a goat suit on a Utah mountain is causing concern among state wildlife officials, The Associated Press reported. The man, who remains unidentified, was spotted by photographer Coty Creighton on July 15 during a hike on Ben Lomond peak just north of Ogden in northern Utah.

Creighton told the AP he saw the man through a set of binoculars trailing behind a herd of goats on his hands and knees. When the man noticed he had been spotted, "he just stopped in his tracks and froze," Creighton told the AP. That's when Creighton began taking photos. He got back down on his hands and knees and hurried to catch with the rest of the herd.

While officials said what the man is doing is not illegal, they're concerned as the hunting season approaches that he could be mistaken for a goat or attacked by a live goat. WASHINGTON—Americans across the nation confirmed today that, unfortunately, due to their extreme familiarity with the type of tragedy that occurred in a Colorado movie theater last night, they sadly know exactly how the events following the horrific shooting deaths of 12 people will unfold. While admitting they "absolutely hate" the fact they have this knowledge, the nation's 300 million citizens told reporters they can pinpoint down to the hour when the first candlelight vigil will be held, roughly how many people will attend, how many times the county sheriff will address the media in the coming weeks, and when the town-wide memorial service will be held.

Additionally, sources nationwide took no pleasure in confirming that some sort of video recording, written material, or disturbing photographs made by the shooter will be surfacing in about an hour or two. "It's like clockwork," said Gerson, who sighed, shook his head, and walked away. KFC Copycat Fried Chicken: Better Than the Colonel’s | Shine Food. There are times when her survival is almost as inexplicable as that of Jeremy *unt, and this is another of them. And we owe this revelation to one brave independent film-maker. Indie UK film-maker Ben Fellows has uncovered astounding revelations about how he infiltrated G4S – the company responsible for security at the London Olympics – and discovered botched security procedures that leave the Games wide open to attack. Two days ago, The Slog posted about shambolic preparations and potential travel chaos for the Games. So it was a bit of an “Oops” for Four when G4S suddenly approached the Maypole at the Home Office to say they couldn’t cope. Anyway, let’s start the day with a smile. Ray Bradbury: The author of Fahrenheit 451 recalls the visit to the circus that changed his life. Photograph by Charley Gallay/Getty Images. The problem with death, Ray Bradbury once said to me, is that “it is so damned permanent.” Bradbury, who died Tuesday at 91, was a legend of sci-fi and a “poet of the rocket age,” but for the past 12 years, Bradbury—whom I chronicled in a 2005 biography and more recently in a book-length conversation—was also a mentor, father, and friend to me.

Despite declining health, he maintained a childlike sense of wonder during his final years. Indeed, on the recent occasions when we’ve appeared together in Los Angeles (or more recently via Skype with bookstore audiences in New York and Chicago), Bradbury always turned back to his childhood. I was in love with circuses and their mystery: I suppose the most important memory is of Mr.

Here I was, a twelve-year-old kid saying this, and my father stopped the car and I got out and he was furious with me. He took me in, and the first person I met was the Illustrated Man.
