The project spans three double-deep lots on 33rd Avenue between Victoria Drive and Knight Street. There are no units currently available for sale. We plan to move in in the fall of 2015. The homes will range from studios to one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units – all with their own kitchens. By working together, Vancouver Cohousing members will be able to share amenities common to a traditional home and reduce the size of their private dwelling.
