While sleeping, head should face which direction ? Which direction you sleep? Do you know the consequences hi gentleman_smiling...what you said is really deep...i've never thought how my positioning affects my activities when i wake up in the morning.... i usually start sleeping lying down flat on the bed, with a towel over my head ( to keep any light and noise out because i'm a light sleeper)....but during the course of the night, i move sideways, then on my stomach then sideways again, then flat on my back.... i guess with all the movements going on, no wonder i wake up dizzy...lol...any suggestions as to how i can stay in place in the correct direction in my sleep? so that i can maximize my sleep and wake up really refreshed? thanks so much for the information....you're a big help....as always...

Cognitive biases can lead to systematic deviations from a standard of rationality or good judgment, and are often studied in psychology and behavioral economics. There are also controversies as to whether some of these biases count as truly irrational or whether they result in useful attitudes or behavior. For example, when getting to know others, people tend to ask leading questions which seem biased towards confirming their assumptions about the person. This kind of confirmation bias has been argued to be an example of social skill: a way to establish a connection with the other person. List of cognitive biases
